《表姐，你好嘢！2》劇情簡介
鄭大姐（鄭裕玲 飾）自香港返回后，工作成績頗受上級肯定，職位獲得提升并與擁有特異功能的助手阿勝（張堅庭 飾）擔任干警們的培訓工作。另一方面，伍老伯和身為香港警察的侄子阿雄（李子雄 飾）來大陸探親，阿雄在入住的旅館偶遇一起兇殺案，被趕來查案的鄭大姐強留。忙于尋找臺灣間諜的伍老伯結識了一群騙子，被撂下的阿雄入住鄭大姐家接受證人保護，對伍衛國頗有好感的鄭大姐對阿雄也暗生情愫，但礙于面子無法與其正常交往。不久，阿雄返港，鄭大姐遵照上級指示帶上助手阿勝、阿虎與阿雄赴港查案，惹出不少麻煩，跌跌撞撞向逮捕罪犯的目標奮進……
